“Helping healthcare organizations build the operational readiness required to improve access, quality, workforce sustainability, and financial performance.”
Ravi Ramphal serves as Chief Operating Officer of Clinic Uplift, where he helps healthcare leaders improve operational performance, strengthen care delivery systems, and build the infrastructure required to achieve sustainable quality, access, workforce, and financial outcomes.
With more than 13 years of experience leading ambulatory care operations, performance improvement, and healthcare transformation initiatives, Ravi brings a practical, frontline perspective to operational excellence. Throughout his career, he has led complex initiatives across primary care, specialty care, behavioral health, women’s health, rehabilitation services, and other outpatient settings, helping teams improve performance while navigating the growing demands placed on today’s healthcare system.
At Clinic Uplift, Ravi focuses on optimizing workflows, improving access to care, strengthening quality performance, developing high-performing teams, and building reliable operating systems that support long-term success. His experience includes Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) transformation, operational readiness, performance management, workflow redesign, strategic deployment, Lean management systems, and change leadership.
Ravi believes that most healthcare challenges are not caused by a lack of dedicated people, technology, or good intentions. More often, organizations are constrained by systems and processes that were never designed for the complexity healthcare faces today. His work is centered on creating practical, sustainable solutions that reduce operational burden, improve team performance, and give caregivers more time to focus on patient care.
Ravi is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt trained, Project Management Professional (PMP) certified, and Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) certified. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Health Services Administration and continues to advance innovative approaches that help healthcare organizations become more effective, resilient, and patient-centered.
